Devops Enigneer

We are looking for an experienced Engineer to join our team at Stokcholm. This demands a different approach aligned with the digital transformation in the financial market and the society expecting, including deliverables such as:

• Using a strong customer centric design and development approach using customer and stakeholder journey design.
• Establish a common core business solution that is modern, scalable and cloud secure, and that can be used in most of SFS markets.
• Engage and develop capabilities and skills to serve an industrialised, cost efficient roll-out. This means agile, Lean Start-up and service management.

To secure the development of a solution and executement of the above we need to strengthen up our capacity within leading and coordinating our feature development.

In order to fulfil the scope the Quality Assurance team plays a vital part. This team now needs to be extended with more capacity by adding a senior test lead to the team.
Expected Deliverables:

In cooperation with Core Teams as well as the Service Management team within SFS:

• Take the ownership of the user acceptance test together with the central test lead
  • Planning the UAT
  • Creating test cases from local requirements
  • Execute test cases
  • Reporting defects and progress
• Recruiting local business testers

Assignment environment

• Maintain, support and shape an environment in constant change
• Collaboration on an international arena with both second and third parties involved
• Pragmatic ways forward but at the same time evaluate, prioritise and act in order to build sustainable and robust solutions and workflows that can evolve over time.

Competence and experience:

• Knowledge of the Financial Services business (Contract management).
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong communication competence
• More than 5 years of experience as test lead
• ISTQB Certified
• An iterative way of working with strong co-creation and community organisation
• To support resources to gain the right skillset and competence.
• Develop the best workflow and forums to be able to take decisions and act upon them together with the Programme Core Team within The Unity Programme.
