Software Architect

As IT Architect you will develop high-end technical solutions to implement business needs for market leading company. You will work directly with local ( Sweden) and international ( Company ) Architecture and design team professionals who specialize in scalable, complex and high load systems. By using IT knowledge management, consulting, communicating and translating business requirements into technical requirements you will implement innovative and efficient solutions 

As a Solutions Architect, the main activities are:

•              Taking lead in designing E2E solutions.

•              Refining requirements in dialogue with the business & key stakeholders.

•              Consulting managers and other company unit representatives on solution architecture and design questions;

•              Provide input to the strategic direction of technology investments to assist in the development of the enterprise architecture and maximize the return on technology investment;

•              Identify system, infrastructure, and project interdependencies and balance competing demands to ensure project deliverables are achieved;

•              Take responsibility for understanding client requirements, collecting data, delivering analysis and problem resolution;

•              Alignment of architecture and technical solution design to assist the business in meeting their business objectives;

•              Design and lead the architecture transformation from current IT landscape to target IT landscape.

•              Creating and planning country roadmap with country teams.

•              Guide and supporting agile teams, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable and architecturally sound.

•              Overlooking and controlling implementation of transitional architectures that align with TeliaCompany target architecture.

Following experience and skills would be needed for this position: 

Your experience:

•              Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science or related fields.

•              8+ years experiences software architecture and software development.

•              3+ years programming experiences

•              Good UML Modelling skills;

•              Experience with agile methods & frameworks.

•              Visual, verbal, and written communication skills;

•              Fluency in Swedish and English (spoken and written) skills

•              Technical architecture and design practice 

You will have extra points if you have:

•              Been working with large scale IT.

•              Strong knowledge in modern IT Architecture and development topics.

•              Experience applying IT4IT into IT governance and solutions.

•              Been working with SAFe or LeSS.
