Electronics Engineer

Job Name: Electronics Designer

 

Responsibilities

As an electronics designer you have the main responsibility for design, testing and certification of the electronics in our projects.

 

Description

· System design

· Schedule design

· Selection of components, FETs, power supply, memories etc.

· Review of CAD and mechanical design in connection with own delivery

· Testing with tools such as multimeter, oscilloscope, frequency counter, etc.

· Environmental testing related to temperature, humidity etc.

· Soldering and modification at PCB level

· Certification and testing related to EMC, ESD, safety etc.

· Producibility analysis

 

Competencies

• All experience in power supply design is a plus. We work a lot with linear, buck and boost regulators.
• System design is also a heavy competence where power trees, amount of memory etc. must be designed.
• Production knowledge is a good background.
• Component understanding.
• Experience from certification, EMC testing etc.
