System Lead

SwediumGlobal is seeking for multiple experienced System Lead

Location: Lund, Sweden

Job Description: System leads

Start: March 2025

Role:

-You will work with technology for 5G and 6G mobile communications,
-Lead a team of System Engineers working with Studies and Requirements definition.
-Collaborate with other teams working with Design, Integration and Verification.
-Secure timely delivery of Systemization projects.
-Secure that the clients’ development processes are followed.
 

Required Qualification:​​

-M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering or equivalent.
-Several years’ experience in product development.
-Several years’ experience in systems engineering, preferably from RF systems, or a successful track record from leading technical product development as Technical Project Manager or similar.
-Innovation and teamwork mentality paired with the ability to adapt and respond to change.
-Excellent stakeholder management skills.
-Excellent written and spoken communications skills in English.
