Certified Professional with over 5-8 years of experience in IBM BigFix Administration and provide solutions for Trellix IT infrastructure.

Trellix’s Cloud & Computing Services group is a provider of public and private cloud services as well as on-premises computing services that underpin Trellix’s business applications and services.

In this role you must understand how important people and relationships are to IT's ability to be effective and help the business thrive. In this role you will sustain a Patching role on Trellix IT environment, primarily administration, and Automation with IBM BigFix Patch Management. You will understand why different Organizations might have different security profiles, requiring different control policies and mechanisms. You will help create value by listening to and understanding what our stakeholders are saying. We want what we offer to delight out internal customers, therefore we need to improve continually.

The preferred candidate will have a balance of technical experience, soft skills, be detail oriented, and able to bring complex problems to a clear resolution

Specific Responsibilities/Functions

• Subject matter expert or L3/L4 on BigFix administration and support
• Manage and maintain IBM BigFix Administration
• Hands on experience on BigFix administration, OS/Security patching, Fixlet/baseline/Task execution, installation, and configuration of agents.
• Develop custom fixlet/analysis/baseline as per requirement.
• Windows clusters Administration and support experience
• Basic Linux server administration
• Understanding of BigFix/TEM relevance language
• Knowledge of BigFix DSA architecture
• Web Reports/ SCA/ SUA Reports
• IBM BigFix Compliance - Security and Compliance.
• Must have experience with server virtualization with specific knowledge of VMWare vSphere 5.0 and 5.5
• TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP knowledge
• Enterprise server management experience
• Good communication skills (Vocal and Writing)
• Have experience on On-Call support/ P1 incident handling / Escalation handling / RCA Finding
• PowerShell / batch Scripting experience
• Good experience in high pressure environments and situations
