Lead/ Delivery Manager

Job Description: Function Test Engineer

We are looking for a technical lead / Delivery Manager for our internal team expansion. We wanted to have somebody onboarded by the 15^th Dec 2022. PFB the skills required :

1. Strong experience in IT/ Semiconductor industry exp is must.
2. Good communication and convincing skills.
3. Should be able to bring in new strategies to enhance the recruitment process and guide the team members.
4. Passionate dynamic candidate who aspires to build a great career as Recruitment Lead.
5. Exp: 4-8 years
6. Location : Remote
7. Should have the experience in sourcing Semiconductor/IT talent and mentoring at least a min of 3 people.  
8. Managing different stakeholders like candidates, clients, account etc.
9. Excellent communication skills, time management skills, negotiation skills, convincing skills and exhibits leadership.
10. Co-ordinates interviews and holds a strong hand in end to end process till the offer is rolled out.
