Job Description: Product Designer/Analyst

Role:

• The work includes modifications of existing tool – developer expert skills are not required.

 

• Implement changes in Accolade’s configuration and back-end interfaces to continually improve company’s Product Portfolio (Solution Lifecycle) Management solution based on business and technical requirements
• Resolve support issues (Incidents and Service Requests)
• Participate in future Accolade related IT and Business Projects as a Designer, Developer and/or Tester

 

Required Qualification:

• Has atleast 7 years of experience. 
• Experience in developing Sophean's Accolade software is mandatory for this assignment.
• Skilled in front-end web development using APIs, Javascript and HTML. Javascript is the main competence required.
• Experience in developing Sophean's Accolade software is mandatory for this assignment.
• Skilled in SQL (MS SQL Server). Ability to build queries and database views. Understanding of the data model and database structure to be able to perform troubleshooting and development of reports.
• Experience of Microsoft Office and advanced Excel reporting (formulas and VBA)
• Experience in Microsoft Power BI, both data transformation and report design, is a plus
• General understanding of Microsoft Client and Server architectures, including Web Services
• General understanding of master data management and system integration
