Role Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will play a crucial role in identifying and acquiring top talent for our organization, with a primary focus on the European market. The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a strong emphasis on sourcing through platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and other related job boards.

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment:
  • Manage the entire recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Sourcing:
  • Utilize various channels, including LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job boards, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Employ innovative sourcing techniques to build a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Candidate Assessment:
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
  • Market Expertise:
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions, particularly within the European market.
  • Use market insights to inform recruitment strategies and stay competitive in attracting top talent.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between recruitment efforts and business objectives.
  • Maintain clear and open communication with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on European market hiring.
  • Proven expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other relevant job boards.
  • Expertise in at least one of the following technology domains: Embedded systems, Cloud computing, DevOps, Telecommunications, Networking, VLSI (Semiconductor), etc.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Familiarity with hybrid work models and the ability to adapt to changing recruitment.
