Software Testing Engineer

Job Description

As a Software Testing Engineer, your work will include:

  • Manual testing
  • Analysis of test results
  • Creation of test cases, checklists, and automated testing scenarios
  • Localization and documentation of defects
  • Simulation of situations leading to errors, their reproduction
  • Monitoring bug fixes
  • Preparation and support of test documentation (test plans, checklists, test cases, errors) and testing methods
  • Analyse incidents before handing them over to developers

 

Requirements for the position:

  • Knowledge and understanding of different software testing and development methodologies, understanding of software development and testing process.
  • Test design
  • Experience in Smoke testing, functional, regression and integration testing
  • Advanced knowledge of the operating system Windows
  • Fluent technical and spoken communication in English and in Russian

 

Qualifications/to be able to succeed in the position we expect you to have:

  • Engineering background
  • Basic knowledge of operating systems Windows
  • Basic knowledge of network configuration
  • Basic knowledge of Python language will be your advantage.
  • Starting ASAP and continuation at least 08/2024.
  • Location: Remote.
