Overall 8+ years of experience in QA Test Lead / SME Role

• Years of Experience in AEM Testing – 3+ Years

- AEM Expertise & Knowledge

- AEM Architecture

- AEM Components & Development

- AEM Workflows

- AEM Performance & Optimisation

- AEM Security

• Tools & Defect Management

• Leadership & Team Management

• Complex Problem-Solving

 

Good to Have Skills:

• Automation Testing
• Generic DevOps knowledge (VSTS, AppCenter, InTune)
• ISTQB, AEM Developer certifications.

 

Soft Skills:

• Generally strong self-drive and enthusiastic about learning
• Strong drive to secure quality in all aspects of development (quality over quantity)
• Analytical thinking skills
• Team player
• Extensive experience from working in a scrum/agile environment.
• Good Communication.
