Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive (IT Recruiter)
Location: TDI Business Centre, Mohali
Work Mode: 5 Days WFO (Monday–Friday) | Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Overview
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive (IT Recruiter) to handle end-to-end IT recruitment for our international clients based in Sweden, Finland, and other European countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Source IT candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Coordinate and manage technical and HR interviews
- Collaborate with BD managers and hiring teams to understand requirements
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Manage offer rollout, negotiations, and onboarding support
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and represent the employer brand
- Stay updated with IT hiring trends and recruitment best practices
Required Skills & Competencies
- Experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously
- Good understanding of IT technologies and roles
- Confident, responsible, honest, and team-oriented
