Job Title: Talent Acquisition Trainee

Location: TDI Business centre, Mohali

Duration: 6 months to 1 year
Stipend: ₹15,000 per month
Work Mode: 5 days Work From Office (preferred)

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Trainee to support our global hiring needs. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment for global requirements
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate pipelines and follow up regularly
• Support offer rollout and onboarding activities
• Update and manage candidate data in ATS

Eligibility:

• Postgraduates or Graduates with an HR or technical background (preferred)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals, and ATS
