Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for IT and Cloud roles across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in technical hiring, deep understanding of cloud technologies, and the ability to identify and engage top-tier talent in competitive markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT and Cloud positions (e.g., Cloud Engineers, DevOps, SRE, Architects, Security, Data roles).
Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, team structures, and workforce planning needs.
Develop and execute global sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and talent mapping.
Screen candidates for technical competency, cultural fit, and role alignment.
Coordinate and support technical interview processes, assessments, and stakeholder feedback.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and niche cloud skill sets (AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, etc.).
Track recruitment metrics, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate ATS records.
Enhance employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality tech talent globally.
Requirements:
3-6 years of experience in technical recruitment, with strong exposure to IT and Cloud hiring.
Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps tools, infrastructure, and modern tech stacks.
Experience hiring across global markets.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proven ability to source and close hard-to-fill technical roles.
