IT recruiter

• Own end-to-end recruiting for mid-to-senior level roles across multiple functions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, referrals, networking, ATS, etc.)
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates using structured and behavioral interview techniques
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience
• Drive offer processes, including compensation discussions and closing candidates
• Use recruiting data and metrics to improve time-to-hire, quality of hire, and diversity outcomes
• Mentor and support junior recruiters or coordinators (if applicable)
• Continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and employer branding efforts
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies and employment laws

• 1-4 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting 
• End to end recruitment and working for Niche requirements.
•  Proven success hiring for mid-to-senior level to senior level and Architect roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn , Naukri)
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interviewing, negotiation, and closing skills
