Senior Simulation engineer

Job Title - Senior Simulation engineer
Role Overview
We are looking for a Simulation engineer for an industrial domain.
In this role, you will perform dielectrical and thermal simulations of bushings in Comsol, as well as calculations for routine test, type test and service
What you will do
- Creation of simulation models
- Performing simulations
- Evaluate result from simulations with guidance from local design rules
- Recommend type tests levels based on the simulation results.
- Write technical reports to document simulations
- Evaluate type tests and improve simulation models from test results.
- Comparing temperature rise tests results between similar products to avoid new type test.
- Collaborate with simulation engineer at product level with input regarding bushing.
What you bring
- Experience in Comsol modelling within the dielectrical and thermal field.
- Experience in both AC and DC simulations.
- Good knowledge in materials, specifically insulation and conductor materials.
- Fluent in English is required. Fluency in Swedish is highly desirable.
- References from previous or present clients (nice to have).
