Business Development Executive

Swedium Global is a growing System Engineering and Solutions company offering services in Semiconductor Engineering, Embedded Systems, Automotive, VLSI, Software Development, and Cloud TechnologiesWe operate across Sweden, Finland, Poland, Czech Republic, and India, supporting global clients through onsite and offshore delivery models.


Role Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with technical exposure to Semiconductor, Embedded, or VLSI domains to support lead generation and client engagement across the European market.

The role involves B2B outreach, opportunity generation, and coordination with delivery teams to drive closures in niche engineering domains.


Key Responsibilities

European Market Lead Generation

  • Identify and research potential clients in Semiconductor, Embedded, Automotive & VLSI domains
  • Execute structured LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns
  • Generate qualified leads aligned with engineering services
  • Schedule meetings with engineering managers, hiring managers, and decision-makers

Client Engagement & Opportunity Development

  • Initiate conversations with technical stakeholders
  • Understand client needs in areas like ASIC, Embedded Systems, Firmware, Functional Safety, Cybersecurity
  • Coordinate internally with delivery teams to position relevant technical profiles
  • Support follow-ups and assist in closing opportunities

Coordination with Delivery Team

  • Work closely with recruiters and technical teams
  • Align candidate submissions with client requirements
  • Track open positions and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Support negotiation and closure process

Market Research & Account Expansion

  • Identify new opportunities in European Semiconductor & Embedded companies
  • Track industry trends (Automotive, EV, ASIC, IoT)
  • Build and expand client relationships in niche domains

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B Business Development (IT / Engineering services preferred)
  • Educational background: B.Tech / B.E / BCA / Technical degree preferred
  • Basic understanding of:
    • Embedded Systems / Firmware
    • Semiconductor / VLSI concepts
    • Automotive or Electronics domain (good to have)
  • Experience or interest in working with European clients
  • Strong communication and outreach skills
  • Ability to learn technical concepts quickly and engage with engineering teams
