Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with a strong technical background in Java and AWS. The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading Agile teams and driving successful delivery in a fast-paced development environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
• Guide and coach teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment
• Identify and remove impediments to maintain team productivity
• Track progress using Agile metrics and ensure timely delivery

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of IT experience with strong Agile/Scrum expertise
• Hands-on experience with Java and AWS technologies
• Excellent communication, leadership, and facilitation skills

Preferred:

• Experience in the automotive industry
• Exposure to connected services
• Scrum certification (CSM/PSM) is a plus
