Job description: 

We are seeking a skilled BI & Analytics Specialist to support the transformation of data-driven decision-making. This role will focus on building structured, reliable, and scalable reporting solutions while consolidating fragmented analytics across the organization.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Power BI, data modeling, and business analysis, along with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end Power BI reporting lifecycle (development, maintenance, quality, and deployment)
• Consolidate and streamline existing reports and dashboards to eliminate duplication
• Act as the single point of contact for Power BI reporting and underlying datasets
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities
• Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency (single source of truth)
• Contribute to BI strategy, roadmap, and best practices
• Enable self-service BI through well-structured datasets and documentation
• Develop analytical models including forecasting and basic predictive analytics

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, visualization)
• Experience working with large datasets and performance optimization
• Solid understanding of data quality, governance, and data validation
• Experience in report consolidation and BI standardization
• Good understanding of financial and operational data
• Proficiency in SQL and data transformation tools

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or similar)
• Exposure to basic machine learning or predictive analytics
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes
