Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance Support Specialist to provide functional (L2/L3) support for key SAP Finance modules. This role focuses on maintaining stable system operations, resolving incidents, and supporting business users across finance-related processes.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Asset Accounting (FI-AA), Project System (PS), and Real Estate Management (RE-FX), along with a solid background in SAP support environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for SAP Finance modules and related business processes
• Manage incident resolution (L2/L3 support), including root cause analysis and timely fixes
• Deliver effective user support and troubleshooting assistance
• Analyze and resolve configuration issues within SAP systems
• Implement minor enhancements and change requests
• Ensure day-to-day system stability and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Finance, and business stakeholders)
• Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement initiatives

• Proven experience in SAP Finance functional support roles
• Strong expertise in:
  • Asset Accounting (FI-AA)
  • Project System (PS) with Finance integration
  • Real Estate Management (RE-FX)
• Hands-on experience in:
  • Incident management and user support
  • Configuration troubleshooting
  • Minor enhancements and system changes
• Solid understanding of finance and accounting processes
• Strong analytical and communication skills
