Senior Dynamics 365 CRM / Solutions Architect

Swedium Global Services is looking for Senior Dynamics 365 CRM / Solutions Architect

Location: Södertälje

We are now looking for a senior consultant within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) for a strategic assignment where the focus is on strengthening the connection between CRM and ERP initiatives and ensuring that business processes, system support and roadmap are developed in line with the organization's long-term goals.

The
consultant will act as a key person between the business, CRM team and ERP organization. The assignment includes analysis of current processes, development of target architecture and recommendations for how the CRM platform can be harmonized with other business systems and business processes.

Responsibilities include:

Bridge CRM and ERP initiatives.
Ensure consensus on priorities, goals and future development.
Drive roadmap alignment between different programs and projects.
Identify areas for improvement in processes, working methods and system support.
Define the target architecture for the CRM platform.
Develop recommendations for integration simplification and process harmonisation.
Establish governance and collaboration models between relevant stakeholders.
Support decision-making around solution design, integration strategy and business development.
Lead workshops with businesses, product owners, architects and other key stakeholders.
We
are looking for a consultant who has:

At least 10 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales and/or Customer Service).
Experience in solution architecture and functional design.
Documented experience of major implementation or transformation projects.
Experience of working in the borderland between CRM and ERP.
Good understanding of integration architecture and data migration.
Experience in process modeling and business development.
Ability to communicate with both business and technical teams.
Experience in roadmap planning, prioritization and stakeholder management.
 

Experience
with Dynamics 365 F&O and Dual Write.
Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate).
Experience with Azure DevOps.
Experience from international organizations or global rollouts.
Experience of leading workshops, training and change management.
