Data Analyst / Business Analysis – Key Skills
We are looking for a Data Analyst with strong business analysis and AI capabilities to support digital products. The role requires deep expertise in data analysis, data modeling, and scalable data processing, Business need gatherings and AI
Technical Skills

• Advanced SQL for complex data analysis, transformation, and performance optimization
• Strong experience with Python, Data Modeling expertise, including designing analytical datasets, structuring data for reporting and analytics, and ensuring data quality and consistency
• Experience with Git-based version control and DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub

Functional Skills

• Strong ability to collect and translate business requirements into analytical and data solutions
• Fluent English for collaboration in an international environment
• Experience working in Agile / SCRUM teams
• Ability to manage multiple topics in parallel and adapt to evolving priorities
• We are looking for a professional who combines analytical thinking with engineering skills, capable of designing robust data solutions while working closely with business stakeholders and so this position is needed in Sweden.
