With a presence across Sweden, Finland, Poland, the Czech Republic, and India, we serve global clients through both onsite and offshore delivery models.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring requirements across Software Development, Cloud, DevOps, and SRE domains.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen profiles and conduct initial assessments to evaluate technical expertise and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche technology roles across various skill sets.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, offer management, and onboarding support.
• Track hiring metrics and maintain recruitment reports to support business objectives.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of technology hiring across Software Development, Cloud, DevOps, and SRE domains.
• Familiarity with technologies such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Java, Python, .NET, and related technology stacks.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and Indeed.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple technical requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Prior experience in IT / Technical Recruitment is mandatory.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate relationship management skills.
• Proactive, organized, and result-oriented with a passion for technology hiring.
