Job Description

Profile/Role: Senior Integration Developer

Location: Stockholm, Sweden

Work Model: Hybrid (2–3 Days Onsite)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Integration Developer to support customer integration projects. The role involves assisting with the setup and configuration of integrations through the organization's integration layer, ensuring customer requirements are met while following best practices.

This is not a pure development role. Strong Java knowledge is required to effectively leverage and adapt reusable components within the integration platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support customer integration projects from requirement gathering through implementation.
  • Configure and set up integrations through the integration platform.
  • Collaborate with customer teams to understand business and technical requirements.
  • Utilize reusable Java components to deliver integration solutions.
  • Perform testing and validation of integrations.
  • Follow integration best practices and established standards.

Required Technical Skills

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience with API Management and/or Apache Kafka
  • 3–5 years of experience in Java
  • Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL
  • Experience with GitHub Actions and Ansible Tower for automation
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Kubernetes environments
  • Familiarity with Linux and Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL)
  • Knowledge of:
    • Splunk
    • Fluent Bit
    • Helm Charts

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Angular
  • JavaScript
  • Bash Scripting

Non-Technical Requirements

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to gather and translate integration requirements from customer teams
  • Previous experience working within integration-focused teams or departments
  • Comfortable working in a role that combines communication, configuration, testing, and development
  • Preference for hands-on delivery rather than architecture-focused or purely development-focused responsibilities
