Assignment Description

We are looking for a senior project manager who can take full ownership — from feasibility study and supplier evaluation through to potential implementation of a new solution.

The assignment includes:

🔹 Lead feasibility study

• Structure and manage the feasibility study from initiation to final recommendation.
• Collect and analyse requirements from HR, business stakeholders and IT.
• Develop requirements specifications and target architecture (including integrations).
• Lead supplier selection and evaluation, including both existing suppliers and new suppliers for ICA (ATS, CRM, CMS).
• Ensure focus on:
  • Candidate experience
  • Manager support
  • Data-driven follow-up
  • AI support within the recruitment process

Profile and Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

Must-have requirements:

• Experience as an IT project manager within HR digitalisation, with focus on recruitment and Employer Branding.
• Documented experience of:
  • Leading feasibility studies and producing decision support material.
  • Driving procurement processes and supplier evaluations.
  • Leading implementation of business-critical systems.
  • Experience with recruitment systems (ATS) and/or Talent CRM, preferably with AI functionality for:
    • Candidate selection
    • Matching
    • Automation
    • Content management
  • Experience with complex system integrations.
  • Ability to work effectively between HR and IT.

Nice-to-have requirements:

• Experience with Employer Branding and career websites (CMS).
• Experience from large organisations with multiple companies/business units.
• Experience with Workday or similar HCM platforms.
