Inspire Developer

Location: Borås

Level: Level 3 – minimum 5 years of experience
Period: 2026-09-01 – 2027-02-28 (possibility of extension)
Hybrid: 2–3 days per week on-site in Borås

Profile and Qualifications

Requirements

The consultant must have experience in software development environments where integrations, data flows, and quality-assured customer communication are central parts of the delivery.

• At least 5 years of documented programming experience in a relevant programming language.
• Good knowledge of SQL.
• Good communication skills in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing.
• A strong quality mindset in development work.
• Ability to contribute to testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of solutions.

Experience with Quadient Inspire is an advantage.

An interest in form, colour, and layout is also valuable, since the team's solutions cover both digital and printed customer communications.

Key Mandatory Skills

Must-have:

1. 5+ years of software development/programming
2. Relevant programming language

6. Experience with testing, troubleshooting, and quality-focused development
7. Ability to work in an agile/self-organizing team
