Job Description

Role Summary
Lead the design, development, implementation, and commissioning of advanced LFS processing automation systems. The role involves PLC/HMI programming, Plant Master integration, technical leadership, customer support, and continuous improvement of engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and program LFS automation systems using Siemens and Rockwell PLC platforms.
• Develop and configure HMIs according to global standards.
• Integrate LFS systems with Tetra Pak Plant Master.
• Lead automation execution for complex projects from sales support through commissioning.
• Support FAT, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer discussions.
• Provide technical input for quotations and act as a bridge between Sales and Engineering.
• Maintain engineering standards, documentation, and best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and support technical capability development.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Automation, Instrumentation, or related field.
• Strong experience in industrial automation and PLC programming.
• Hands-on experience with Siemens and/or Rockwell systems.
• Experience in HMI/SCADA, commissioning, and system integration.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.
• Process industry/food & beverage experience is preferred.
