Job Title: Delivery Lead

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Delivery Lead who can own project delivery across cloud, IT infrastructure, and enterprise domains. This role requires someone who has a sharp eye for talent, a solid understanding of IT/cloud technologies, and the people sense to evaluate and manage teams and technical candidates effectively. The ideal candidate is hands-on, accountable, and pragmatic — someone who gets things done while keeping quality intact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end delivery of IT and cloud-based projects
• Evaluate and onboard the right technical talent with a good technical judgment
• Collaborate with recruiters to assess and finalize profiles
• Interact with Business owners and internal stakeholders to understand delivery needs
• Ensure timely and high-quality execution of project deliverables
• Support pre-sales with solutioning inputs when needed

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise IT environments
• Ability to technically evaluate engineers and consultants
• People-savvy – strong in communication and understanding team dynamics
• Prior experience in delivery or program management for consulting or service-based firms
• Result-oriented and grounded in execution
