Job Title: Delivery Lead 

Location: Bangalore (5 Days, Work from Office)

Expected Start date: ASAP

Role Summary:
We are looking to hire a Delivery Lead with 5–8 years of experience in recruitment, particularly in the Embedded and Semiconductor domains. This role requires strong experience in managing European clients and delivering end-to-end recruitment services. You will also be responsible for stakeholder engagement, process improvement, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Delivery: Manage the complete hiring cycle from sourcing to onboarding across Embedded and Semiconductor roles.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with European clients and internal stakeholders to meet business objectives.
• Process Optimization: Continuously improve recruitment processes for better efficiency and quality of hire.
• Team Support: Collaborate with and guide the recruitment team to achieve delivery targets.

Key Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
• Strong recruitment experience, preferably in Embedded/Semiconductor domains.
• Exposure to European client handling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven experience in team leadership or coordination.
