RF Hardware Testing Expert

Job Name:  RF Hardware Testing Expert

We are looking for a hands‑on technical expert with strong measurement‑equipment know‑how, solid hardware/electronics competence, and the ability to work confidently at the HW/SW interface. A background in radio technologies is important to understand the context of the testing environment.

Key Skills

Measurement & RF Skills

• Strong experience with measurement equipment, especially spectrum analyzers and signal generators.
• Ability to understand RF behaviour and interpret related measurements.

Hardware & Electronics Skills

• Able to assemble, disassemble and troubleshoot devices independently.
• Comfortable locating faults originating from electronics, mechanics, materials, processes or software.
• HW design experience is considered an advantage.

Software Skills

• Experience with test automation or scripting (e.g., Python).
• Familiarity with HW/SW interface debugging (timing, simple digital interfaces, etc.).
• Knowledge of C/C++/C# is a plus.

Mandatory:

• Acts as a technical expert, not an operator — understands how the system works and drives issues to root cause.
• Should be a problem solver and self initiator.
