Swedium Global is having presence in Sweden, Finland, Poland, Czech Republic and in India.

Job Name:  Global Talent Acquisition Partner

 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for global roles across Semiconducter Domain.

• Partner with global hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.

• Source candidates using multiple channels: job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, etc.

• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.

• Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback to stakeholders.

• Manage candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

• Ensure salary discussions and negotiations are aligned with business standards.

• Maintain accurate data and updates in the ATS.

• Support employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives.

• Stay updated with market trends and talent availability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Global Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.

• Strong experience hiring for international markets (UK, Europe, APAC, etc.).

• Excellent knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.

• Experience working with ATS and HR systems.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Masters/Bachelors in Engineering or similar field
