Swedium Global is the growing System Engineering and Solution Company, offers services like Semiconductor Engineering R&D Services, Embedded Systems Development, Custom Application Software Development, Web and Cloud Application Development, Testing Services, Consultancy and Outsourcing services to our clients across the globe for an onsite and offshore business model. Swedium Global is having presence in Sweden, Finland, Poland, Czech Republic and in India.

Job Name:  Global Talent Acquisition Partner

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment for global roles (Semiconducter and VLSI ).

• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social platforms.

• Screen candidate profiles and conduct initial HR interviews.

• Coordinate interviews with global stakeholders.

• Maintain accurate and timely updates in the ATS.

• Discuss salary expectations and candidate availability.

• Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Assist in building talent pipelines for recurring global requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.

• Good exposure to global hiring (UK, Europe) is a Plus 

• Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.

• Familiarity with ATS systems.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
