Job Summary:
The Principal IT Business Analyst is a strategic leader responsible for advising and shaping optimal digital and IT solutions that drive enterprise-wide digital transformation. This role ensures transformation initiatives and digital products are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on best-fit digital and IT solutions for complex transformation programs and products.

• Translate business strategy into clear requirements and solution designs.

• Lead stakeholder workshops and drive alignment between business and IT.

• Identify process improvements and innovation opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Guide delivery teams within Agile or hybrid frameworks.

• Mentor business analysts and promote best practices.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in IT business analysis and digital transformation.

• Strong expertise in enterprise systems, digital platforms, and solution design.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience working in Agile environments.
