Test Lead – Industrial Embedded Product Development

Job Title - Software Developer 

Role Overview

We are looking for a senior Test Lead to take full ownership of the verification and validation strategy for a next-generation industrial controller.

The role covers the complete product lifecycle — from early hardware prototypes through system integration and final validation — across both hardware and software domains.

This is a key position for someone who wants to drive quality from the ground up and implement a modern, efficient, and standards-compliant testing framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the overall Verification & Validation (V&V) strategy

• Establish test levels, coverage models, and traceability frameworks

• Design efficient test environments and integration setups

• Drive test automation and early defect detection initiatives

• Ensure compliance with industrial standards and certification requirements

• Align testing activities across hardware and software domains

• Optimize processes for rapid and reliable quality feedback loops

• Collaborate closely with Software, Hardware, Architecture, Cybersecurity, and Product team

Required Experience

• 8+ years of experience in industrial product testing

• Strong background in embedded systems testing (hardware + software)

• Proven experience defining and implementing test strategies

• Experience working with industrial standards and certification processes

• Strong understanding of modern testing methodologies and automation frameworks

• Experience in cross-functional product development environments
