Job Title - AI Agent Engineer

Experience: 4–8 years

Role Overview

We are looking for an AI Agent Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent autonomous agents that can reason, plan, and execute tasks across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will work at the intersection of LLMs, automation, system integration, and engineering workflows.

You will play a key role in building next-generation AI-powered solutions for industrial, engineering, and digital transformation use cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents using LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, etc.)
• Build multi-agent systems capable of task orchestration and tool usage
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems (ERP, PLM, CRM, IoT platforms)
• Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
• Develop APIs and backend services to support AI-driven workflows
• Optimize prompt engineering, memory handling, and context management
• Ensure AI governance, security, and compliance standards
• Collaborate with software, data, and cloud teams to deploy scalable AI solutions
• Monitor model performance, latency, and reliability in production

Technical Requirements

Must Have

• Strong programming skills in Python
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• Experience building AI agents or workflow automation systems
• Understanding of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Azure AI Search)
• REST API development experience
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP)
• Experience with Docker & CI/CD pipelines

Good to Have

• Experience with multi-agent orchestration
• Knowledge of MLOps practices
• Familiarity with industrial/engineering domains
• Experience integrating AI with CAD/PLM systems
• Experience with Kubernetes
