Business Development Executive

Job Title - Business Development Executive

Experience - 2-5years

Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive with exposure to the European market to drive lead generation, support business development, and coordinate closures in collaboration with the delivery teamThis role will focus on generating qualified opportunities across Europe (Nordics preferred), initiating client conversations, and working closely with internal delivery teams to convert opportunities into successful closures.

The ideal candidate should understand European business culture, decision-making structures and B2B outreach dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

European Market Lead Generation

  • Identify and research potential clients across Europe (Sweden, Finland etc.)
  • Execute structured LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns
  • Generate qualified B2B leads aligned with company service offerings
  • Schedule meetings with hiring managers and decision-makers

Client Engagement & Opportunity Development

  • Initiate and manage client conversations
  • Understand client requirements at a high level
  • Coordinate internally with the delivery team to position suitable profiles.
  • Support commercial discussions and follow-ups to drive closure

Closure Coordination with Delivery Team

  • Work closely with recruiters/delivery managers to align candidate submissions
  • Track open requirements and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Support negotiation and coordination until successful closure
  • Ensure smooth communication between client and internal teams

Market Research & Account Expansion

  • Identify additional opportunities within existing European accounts
  • Research new industry segments and potential clients
  • Monitor competitor activity and market positioning.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2–5 years experience in B2B Business Development (IT / Engineering services preferred)
  • Experience working with European clients
  • Strong understanding of recruitment-based service models
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to independently manage the full sales cycle.
