Scrum Master IoT Platform

- Location: Örebro
- Period: Closing can take place as soon as possible and the assignment will continue until the end of the year -26/-27
About the assignment
IoT Platform within the Digital Solutions Division needs to expand the group with a very experienced/senior Scrum Master located in Örebro.
The mission is to support and coach three agile development teams in IoT to ensure long-term good, efficient and common working methods. Two of the teams are located in Örebro and one team remotely in India.
We are looking for a committed person who can inspire and enthuse in the agile area and scrum, but also drive work and be a role model within the teams.
The area of work is IoT Platform, where we develop the platform for data and file management, from machine to cloud.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of documented experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in agile development teams.
- Experience in leading and coaching multiple teams in parallel, including distributed teams (e.g. offshore).
- Ability to establish and drive common agile ways of working and support teams in continuous improvement.
- Previous experience in IoT is meritorious.
