VLSI / Embedded Recruiter

Swedium Global is the growing System Engineering and Solution Company, offers services like Semiconductor Engineering R&D Services, Embedded Systems Development, Custom Application Software Development, Web and Cloud Application Development, Testing Services, Consultancy and Outsourcing services to our clients across the globe for an onsite and offshore business model. Swedium Global is having presence in Sweden, Finland, Poland, Czech Republic and in India.
Location: Bangalore( Brigade Irv Centre Nallurhalli)
Expected Start date: Immediate to 15 Days
Experience: 6 months to 3 Years
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements for VLSI and Embedded Systems roles.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, campus drives, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate technical interviews with engineering teams and manage candidate communication.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines for niche skill sets (ASIC design, FPGA, RTL, verification, embedded software, etc.).
  • Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, etc.) and prepare reports.
  • Support onboarding processes and ensure smooth candidate experience.
Required Skills
  • Strong understanding of VLSI / Embedded Systems domain (basic knowledge of RTL design, verification, embedded C, microcontrollers preferred).
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail in candidate evaluation
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Engineering, or related field.
  • Prior experience in technical recruitment (preferably semiconductor or embedded industry).
  • Freshers with internship experience in recruitment or HR may also apply.
  • Passion for technology hiring and talent acquisition.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proactive, organized, and results-driven approach
