Your role:

As a DevSecOps Engineer, you will work in a cross-functional team responsible for construction and development environments. The team plays a central role in shaping the future of software delivery by establishing robust and secure supply chains. Here you get the opportunity to influence the entire development flow – from code to production.
You contribute to the development of advanced systems that are used in critical contexts, where reliability, security and performance are crucial.
Your responsibilities:
- Automate and further develop the software factory to create efficient, quality-assured and traceable flows Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Ensure that security is an integral part of the entire development and delivery process
- Collaborate closely with developers, testers and other specialists to create scalable, stable and efficient solutions
- Identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives that strengthen working methods, tools and processes
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a technical education in, for example, software, IT or equivalent experience
- Has a few years of experience with DevOps or DevSecOps, preferably in larger and complex environments
- Has worked with developing and managing construction and development environments
- Is analytical and solution-oriented, with the ability to see the big picture and drive improvements
- Thrives in collaboration with others and communicates clearly
- Are flexible, curious and motivated by change and development
- Have a strong commitment to contributing to societal benefit and security
Meritorious experience:
- Tools and methods in DevOps/DevSecOps (e.g. Git, GitHub, Jenkins, CI/CD)
- Artifact management (e.g. Artifactory, 3PP management)
- Infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible)
- Virtualization and platforms (VMware, Platform Engineering)
- Container and cloud technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure)
- Automation and scripting Agile
- ways of working (Scrum)
- Security tools (e.g., Vault, SonarQube)
