Profile & Qualifications

Scope

Business Analyst (approx. 70%)

• Drive analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design within the ERICA/ERP program.

Coordinating Business Analyst (approx. 30%)

• Coordinate and harmonize Business Analysis activities across ERP, WMS, and TMS programs.

Responsibilities

Business Analyst (ERICA)

• Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation.

• Contribute to process and solution design activities.

• Ensure traceability between business objectives, requirements, and solutions.

• Identify dependencies and risks.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, architects, and vendors.

Coordinating Business Analyst

• Coordinate Business Analysts across the different programs.

• Establish common methods, ways of working, and templates.

• Ensure consistent requirements management and process governance.

• Support quality assurance and knowledge sharing.

• Contribute to building a sustainable long-term Business Analysis capability.

Success Factors

• Clear representation of ERP requirements within the joint design process.

• Well-defined and traceable requirements.

• Early identification and management of dependencies between ERP, WMS, and TMS.

• Established common ways of working and high-quality deliverables.

Required Qualifications

• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst in large-scale ERP programs.

• Experience with ERP transformations and complex requirements management.

• Strong expertise in process design and workshop facilitation.

• Experience working in cross-functional environments.

• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a lead or coordinating Business Analyst role.

• Experience within logistics, supply chain, or retail industries.

• Experience with Infor M3, WMS, or TMS solutions.

• Experience working in multi-vendor program environments.
