UX/UI Designer – App & Webb level 3

As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders in Sweden and Finland and work to develop and improve our digital customer experiences for web and app, with a particular focus on mobile interfaces.

The role has a main UX focus, but you also contribute with your expertise in visual design (UI). You'll work through the entire design process – from understanding user needs to developing finished designs – in close collaboration with product owners, development teams and various stakeholders within our business teams.

About the role

In the role, you work as a senior specialist in UX/UI, where your experience contributes to a stable and qualitative design work in the team. You mainly work hands-on and are part of the ongoing development work, where you contribute with analysis, structure and well-thought-out design solutions.

You are also involved in using, managing and further developing our design system, which is a common foundation for our digital interfaces across multiple teams and markets.

Your main tasks

• Independently work with UX/UI for new and existing features for app and web in close collaboration with product owners, developers and other stakeholders in a Nordic context.
• Develop design solutions from user insight to finished interaction design and visual design, in close collaboration with our development teams.
• Plan and carry out user interviews, user tests and analysis of user behavior, in order to ensure good usability and accessibility.
• Create user flows, information architecture, interaction patterns, and prototypes.
• Design clear, user-friendly and visually well-designed interfaces in line with design guidelines and branding.
• Contribute to the management and further development of our design system.
• Actively participate in our work with A/B testing and conversion optimization (CRO).

You are also communicative and confident in working with others, you have the ability to adapt your communication to the recipient. With a strategic and analytical approach, you have the ability to see the big picture, understand complex relationships and make informed design decisions based on user insights, data and business goals.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Solid experience in UX/UI design for digital products, with hands-on experience in app design
• Strong ability to develop interaction design and visual design for app and web
• Experience in translating business requirements and user needs into well-functioning digital user interfaces in close collaboration with developers, product owners and other stakeholders
• Experience of independently running and facilitating A/B tests, customer interviews and user tests in collaboration with various stakeholders and partners
• Experience of working with and contributing to the development of design systems
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English

• Experience from the energy industry or other customer-oriented, complex operations
