Job Name- Python Test & Validation Engineer

Location- Remote from EU

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced engineer with a strong background in Python-based test automation and Post-Silicon Validation. The focus is on the development and execution of automated test frameworks, debugging complex validation issues, and working closely with hardware and measurement equipment in an ASIC environment. It is also important that they have a clear approach to handling hardware interaction and debugging remotely.

Requirements 
•     Strong experience developing Python-based test frameworks and test cases
•     Experience with ASIC Post-Silicon Validation
•     Proven background in test automation using Python (e.g. Pytest and similar frameworks)
•     Experience with debugging and analysing complex issues on ASIC hardware and software level
•     Hands-on experience with National Instruments PXI systems
•     Ability to independently translate technical questions into measurable experiments and validation tests
•     Experience integrating hardware modules and measurement instruments into existing test environments
 
Nice to Have:
•     Experience in hardware-related software development
•     Development of data logging, analysis, and visualization solutions in Python
•     Further development of test architecture and infrastructure
•     Additional experience with measurement systems and validation environments
